Zishan received his Juris Doctorate degree from Berkeley Law in 2016. He was initially admitted to practice in the State of Washington after successfully passing its bar examination. He went on to successfully pass the California Bar Examination and was admitted to practice in California on May 24, 2019 after taking the oath of office before his hometown Judge Walter L. Gorelick in Visalia, California. Zishan is also a member of the prestigious bar of the United States Supreme Court.
Since admission, Zishan continues to practice out of our Visalia office: primarily as a litigator in Criminal, Family Law, Business, Entertainment, Property Law, Personal Injury Recovery and Immigration. His practice includes matters before State, Federal, and administrative courts. As an individual who came of age as a resident of Visalia, California, Zishan's professional activities have earned him a well deserved reputation for his dedicated service not only to our profession, but to local politics as well. Among his many other challenges, Zishan proudly, diligently and steadfastly discharges his role as an appointed member of an important committee advising the Visalia City Council in their legislative affairs. He also serves on the executive board of the Tulare County Bar Association. Included in his professional commitment to assist the disadvantaged, Zishan provides legal services by contract to the Tulare County Superior Court Indigent Criminal Defense Conflicts Panel: primarily in the South County Justice Center's branch of the Tulare County Superior Court in Porterville, California. He serves on the steering committee of Central California Legal Services in that organization's endeavor to expand to Tulare County its mission to serve victims of domestic violence. As well, Zishan serves on the global advisory board of "Food Not Bombs": an international organization seeking to ameliorate hunger and malnutrition. Zishan enthusiastically offers his demonstrated legal and public service skills to anyone who finds themselves in need of a dedicated advocate: committed to careful and thoughtful analysis of our clients' legal situations to provide them with superior advocacy at a reasonable and fair cost to them.
